3. How We Use Your Information

• Perform Islamic slaughter with correct name announcement
• Schedule slot-based delivery
• Send order confirmations
• Provide live streaming access (without showing blood)

5. Live Streaming & Video Proof

• Live streaming is provided without showing blood.
• Video proof is shared for transparency.
• Videos are for personal reference only and must not be misused or publicly distributed without consent.

6. International Orders

• Qurbani is performed in India under Islamic supervision.
• Meat is distributed to madrasa students and poor families (if selected).
• Customers may receive confirmation within 24 hours after completion.
• Currency charged depends on customer's location.

7. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent customer data.

Information may be shared only with:

• Payment gateway partners
• Delivery partners
• Islamic supervisors for Qurbani execution
• Legal authorities if required

8. Live Video Streaming & Recorded Video

To maintain transparency and customer trust, we provide a live Zoom session during the Qurbani process where the name of the person on whose behalf the Qurbani is being performed will be announced prior to the sacrifice.

The live stream is intended to allow customers to witness the announcement and confirmation of the Qurbani process. However, due to the nature of internet services, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted live streaming.

In the event of network interruptions, technical issues, or connectivity problems, the Qurbani will still be performed as scheduled according to Islamic guidelines. In such cases, a recorded video of the Qurbani process will be shared with the customer afterward for viewing at their convenience.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any temporary disruption, delay, or technical failure affecting the live stream.

9. Transparency & Announcement

As part of our commitment to transparency and Shariah compliance, the name provided by the customer for Qurbani will be clearly announced before the sacrifice is performed.

This announcement ensures that the Qurbani is conducted on behalf of the correct individual and in accordance with Islamic practices.
