These Terms & Conditions apply to all driving tuition services offered by Zirwa Qurbani Service. By booking Qurbani through our website or app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Overview
We provide Bakrid Home Delivery – End-to-End Qurbani Service, which includes:
- Islamic Shariah-compliant slaughter
- Hygienic cutting & packing
- Slot-based home delivery
- Optional distribution to Madrasa or Poor & Needy
All sheep:
- Carefully selected
- Healthy
- Shariah-compliant
- Within specified live weight category (32–35 kg approx depending on service selected)
- Inspected before slaughter
Customers cannot choose specific animals.
2. Shariah Compliance
- Qurbani is performed strictly according to Islamic principles.
- The name provided will be called before slaughter.
- The customer confirms correct Niyyah at time of booking.
☑ By selecting the Niyyah confirmation checkbox, the customer declares Qurbani intention is valid.
3. Slot Booking & Delivery
- Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Full payment is required to confirm booking.
- Delivery is done slot-wise during the 3 days of Eid al-Adha.
- Real-time updates are provided via WhatsApp.
Delays may occur due to:
- Traffic
- Weather conditions
- Local restrictions
- Operational load
4. Pricing & Payment
- Online payment only (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking).
- International payments via cards accepted.
- Currency charged as per user's location.
- Invoice available for download.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Final Booking
Once an order is placed and confirmed, the same shall be treated as final and binding. No cancellation shall be permitted thereafter.
5.2 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be responsible or liable to provide any refund in cases of delay, non-delivery, or deficiency arising due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions
- Market conditions
- Supply constraints
- Operational disruptions
- Any force majeure event
5.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for cancellation or refund, if made under exceptional or unavoidable circumstances, shall be examined strictly on a case-to-case basis and shall be subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. Any refund, if approved:
- May be subject to deductions
- Processing charges may apply
- Company decision shall be final and binding
- No claim shall lie against the Company
6. Contingency Buffer Clause
A contingency buffer of 10–20% is maintained to manage unforeseen events including animal unavailability or operational disruptions.
This does not affect the validity of Qurbani and will be handled as per Islamic principles.
We will try our best to deliver meat from the same sheep sacrificed on your behalf. However, due to bulk processing, there may be a small chance of mixing with other meat or parts.
7. Distribution Services
- Qurbani for Madrasa — Meat will be distributed to madrasa students in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
- Qurbani for Poor & Needy — Meat will be distributed among underprivileged families as per Shariah.
- Distribution proof may be provided for transparency.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Religious interpretation disputes
- Delays beyond operational control
- Minor variations in weight range
9. Order Tracking
Customers may track order status:
- Order Confirmed
- Qurbani in Progress
- Packing & Dispatch
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
11. Slot-Based Qurbani Process
Qurbani operations are conducted on a slot-based system to ensure organized slaughtering, hygienic processing, packing, and timely delivery.
Customers may select their preferred Qurbani or delivery slot during booking. However, while the Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the selected timing, the actual process may begin slightly earlier or later depending on operational conditions, including but not limited to:
- Animal handling procedures
- Operational workflow
- Volume of bookings
- Local logistics and delivery factors
- Delivered
Such adjustments are made solely to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of services for all customers.
12. Live Streaming of Qurbani
Customers will be provided with access to a live Zoom session during the Qurbani process, where the name of the individual on whose behalf the Qurbani is being performed will be announced prior to slaughter.
Live streaming is provided as a transparency feature and is subject to internet connectivity and technical conditions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming.
In case of network failures, technical issues, or connectivity disruptions, the Qurbani will still be performed as scheduled according to Islamic guidelines. A recorded video of the Qurbani will be shared with the customer afterward.
13. Meat Processing & Delivery Timeline
Once the sheep is slaughtered, the meat will undergo hygienic cutting, processing, and packing.
Live streaming is provided as a transparency feature and is subject to internet connectivity and technical conditions. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming.
The delivery of the meat is generally completed within approximately 90 to 120 minutes after slaughter, depending on:
- Selected slaughter slot
- Delivery distance
- Traffic conditions
- Operational workflow
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on logistical conditions.
14. Transparency & Name Announcement
For complete transparency and compliance with Islamic guidelines, the name provided by the customer will be clearly announced before the Qurbani is performed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the name entered during booking is accurate and correctly represents the individual on whose behalf the Qurbani is being performed.
